!important;">通知指出，西安市所有峪口实施封山禁峪、山区景区全面封闭，各沿山区县要在8月21日6时前完成封山控峪工作，所有峪口要安排专人值守，杜绝人员进山引发的不安全因素；要于8月21日12时前完成洪水及地质灾害危险区、危旧房屋群众的转移安置工作，山区镇、村严格落实行政责任，采取人盯人的措施，确保每户群众都得到安全转移和妥善安置；要以预测预报信息为令，高度重视暴雨预警信息，全面落实暴雨应对措施，达到启动应急响应条件时要果断启动响应。</section><section
