1px;">近期，全省、全市疫情防控形势非常严峻，学生们都居家进行线上学习。但据市“双减”工作领导小组校外培训机构专项治理工作专班在暗访调查中了解仍存在个别家长有想让学生参加线下校外辅导的错误想法。为严格落实国家“双减”政策和我市疫情防控要求，坚决杜绝这一违规现象的发生，现就严禁中小学生违规参与线下校外辅导告知各位家长：</span></section><section 1px;">一、目前我市校外培训机构已全部注销，任何一家校外培训机构进行培训都属于违规违法行为。严禁全市中小学生在任何时段参与培训机构、家政、小饭桌、在职教师或个人等组织的各类线下校外辅导。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">二、严禁校外培训机构、家政、小饭桌违规招收中小学生开展线下辅导，对违规机构，将依法依规严肃查处，直至吊销办学许可证，并追究有关人员法律责任。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1px;">四、各中小学校线上教学期间要持续加强学生上课的考勤力度，对在检查中发现违规参与线下校外辅导的学生将按照陕西省教育厅疫情防控工作相关要求和《中小学教育惩戒规则》进行校纪校规处理，对违规参与校外规训机构的教师，一经发现，按照《中小学教师职业道德规范》严肃处理。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent:
